Freight forwarding operations, Egypt
Every shipment, every document, every account — one system.
RockitShip runs a forwarder end to end: air and ocean desks that surface exceptions first, customs clearance with ACI and NAFEZA, trucking with a driver app, the documents each shipment must carry, and the books behind all of it. In English and Arabic, on the same records.
- Air · Ocean · Customs · Trucking
- English and Arabic, right-to-left native
- ETA e-invoicing, CBE rates, Egyptian payroll
- Row-level tenancy, every refusal names its rule
What is inside
Eight categories, one set of records.
A quote becomes a booking, a booking becomes a job file, a job file issues its documents and posts its charges. Nothing is copied between modules, because there is only one of each thing.
Shipments
Air, ocean, customs and trucking desks. Each opens on what needs attention today, not on a list.
Operations
Rates, quotations, bookings and jobs — the commercial and operational spine of every shipment.
Documents
Bills of lading, air waybills, invoices and certificates from one library, numbered, versioned and customisable within the standard.
Accounting
Job charges, sales and purchases, cash, ledger and period close, with ETA e-invoicing and CBE FX built in.
Customs
ACID and NAFEZA envelopes, declarations, screening and the duty calculator, on the clearance desk itself.
Human Resources
Employees, attendance, leave and Egyptian payroll, with every parameter verified before a run.
Reports
Job P&L, lanes, customers, DSO and punctuality; the financial statements; and questions asked in plain language.
RockitShip AI
An assistant that reads the same records you do, drafts within your own permissions and proposes rather than acts where money moves.
How it holds together
Three rules the whole system keeps.
Exceptions first
A desk opens on the shipments that are late, blocked or missing something. The healthy ones can wait; the screen says so by leaving them out.
Documents to the standard
A template can be customised, but not past what UCP 600, the Montreal Convention or Hague-Visby require the document to carry. The system refuses the edit and names the instrument.
Nothing fails silently
Every refusal carries a rule code and the reason, in both languages, whether it came from a button or from the database itself. What the system will not do, it explains.
A portal for the people you ship for.
Customers and partners see their quotes, bookings, tracking, documents, invoices and ACID status on their own records — and nothing else.
